Oct.1974 "Toshiba Chemical Corporation" is established in Minato-ku, Tokyo (Capital 1,500million yen).
The right of Manufacturing and sales of plastic materials and insulating materials was transferred by "Tokyo Shibaura Electric Corporation. (name changed Toshiba Corporation)".
Starts the manufacturing of these products at Kawaguchi Works and Chidoricho Works. Starts sales of these products at Tokyo and Kansai sales branches and Tohoku, Hokuriku, Chubu, and Kyushu sales offices.
Oct.1976 Starts the development and manufacturing and sales of the Casting Resin for Electronic Parts.
Sep.1979 Starts the development and manufacturing and sales of the Epoxy Molding Compounds for Semiconductor Encapsulation.
 1980's
Sep.1980 The mass production equipment of Flexible Copper Clad Laminate is newly established at the Kawaguchi Works.
Sep.1982 Fiber Reinforced Plastic manufacturing sales company, "Toshiba Reinforced Plastics Corporation (now Moka Works (Moka-shi, Tochigi))" becomes owned subsidiary of KYOCERA Chemical Corporation. (Investment ratio 40.8%→59.2%) .
Sep.1985 Fully owned " Toshiba Chemical America (now KYOCERA Chemical America, Inc.)" is established as a sales base in the United States.
Mar.1988 Company stock is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Second Section

Feb.1991 Technical Center completion.
Jun.1991 Koriyama Works completion.
Jun.1991 Fully owned "Toshiba Chemical Europe GmbH (now KYOCERA Chemical Europe GmbH)" is established as a technical service base in Europe.
May.1992 Representative office is opened in Singapore.
Apr.1995 "Wuxi Tochemi Electrochemical Co.,Ltd. (now KYOCERA Chemical (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.)" of our 75% investment is established as a manufacturing sales base of Casting Resin in China.
Nov.1995 "Toshiba Chemical Singapore Pte.Ltd. (now KYOCERA Chemical Singapore Pte.Ltd.)" of our 90% investment is established as a manufacturing sales base of the Epoxy Molding Compounds for Semiconductor Encapsulation, Casting Resin, Insulating Varnishes in Southeast Asia.
 2000-
Jan.2000 "Toshiba Chemical Thailand Ltd. (now KYOCERA Chemical (Thailand) Ltd.)" is established as a manufacturing sales base of molding die in Southeast Asia.
Oct.2000 Fully owned " Toshiba Chemical Procurement & Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd. (now KYOCERA Chemical (Hong Kong) Ltd.)" is established as a base of procurement, sales, and the technical service in Hong Kong.
Jun.2002 Headquarter is relocated to Kawaguchi, Saitama.
Aug.2002 "Toshiba Chemical Corporation" becomes the wholly owned subsidiary of KYOCERA Corporation by the stock transaction with KYOCERA Corporation. The name of the company is changed to "KYOCERA Chemical Corporation". Delisted the "Toshiba Chemical Corporation" stock.
Apr.2004 KYOCERA Chemical Reinforced Plastic Co.,Ltd. merges with KYOCERA Chemical Corporation and becomes Moka Works.
Jul.2004 Wuxi Tochemi Electrochemical Co.,Ltd. (now KYOCERA Chemical (Wuxi) Co.,Ltd.) becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of KYOCERA Chemical Corporation.
