Yield Up for FPC Manufacturer
In case of lamination using prepreg, smashed resin powder from cut edge of prepreg sometimes attaches to FPC surface and it will be root of cause of yield down.
In Super Bonding Sheet, there is no smashed resin powder from edge of it after punching and it will contribute yield up of process. Our expectation of improvement is around 20-60% of current failure rate. |

In case that bonding sheet was reinforced by glass cloth, usually there is affinity problem between resin adhesive and inorganic glass cloth and in such case it couldn'
t be put into practical use. However, fusion of our cultivated prepreg technology and flexible material technology including bonding sheets solved this difficulty.
In reliability test, we got good results on solder reflow test and migration resistance test, which proof products excellence. For environmental, halogen free is achieved in Super Bonding Sheet.
(We have development and sales results, as we were the pioneers for halogen free technology in the world.)
We have already claimed the patent.
Our customer has been qualifying Super Bonding Sheet and partially they start to use it.
Production is in Kawaguchi Plant and we are targeting 3 billion yen (Yearly) after 5 years. |
